Cold Lamination:

One of NagraID's core competencies is in the domain of material sciences. We pioneered the development of ambient temperature polymerization (often referred to as "cold or non-violent" lamination) specific to plastic cards and similar products; we hold numerous patents related to this process.

The NagraID patented "non-violent" process, is the world-class solution for low stress encapsulation of sensitive, sophisticated electronics such as displays, batteries, keypads, electronic circuits, sound modules, fingerprint sensors etc.

Our non-violent process is capable of producing card bodies, compliant to EMV and ISO norms and standards.

Key Fobs:

NagraID has a large portfolio of key fob products covering the range of contact and contactless laminated, laminated snap-out, multi-dimensional molded and hybrid options.

The key fob allows for considerable creativity in terms of multiple dimensions, various shapes, sizes, feel and function. Using certain processes clever graphic designs, shapes and forms unique to the market can be achieved.
The use of high impact plastics ensures physical robustness and scratch resistance as well as a considerable range and combinations of colorants. Logos or other design elements can be incorporated into the design offering the possibility of fully integrated brand elements.
A well designed key fob can make both a strong quality and aesthetic statement.
